簡(jiǎn)介Introduction
MicroSEAL乳液封堵劑是一種用于鉆井液中封堵地層的納米級(jí)封堵材料，以石蠟和丙烯酰胺為主要原料，通過(guò)共聚反應(yīng)工藝制備而成。該產(chǎn)品加入鉆井液體系后，可對(duì)泥頁(yè)巖地層、微裂縫地層及低滲透地層等具有微小孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)的地層實(shí)現(xiàn)******封堵，從而顯著提高井壁穩(wěn)定性，有效降低鉆井作業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
MicroSEAL Emulsion Sealing Agent is a nano-grade sealing material designed for formation sealing in drilling fluids. Manufactured through copolymerization process using paraffin and acrylamide as primary raw materials, this product can effectively seal micro-porous formations including shale formations, micro-fractured formations, and low-permeability formations when added to drilling fluid systems, thereby significantly enhancing wellbore stability and substantially reducing drilling operational risks.

l It is primarily used during the drilling process to effectively seal micro-fractures near the borehole wall, thereby enhancing borehole wall stability;
